This week is not turning out the way I had hoped it would.
The scale read 173 this morning. I have no idea what is going on with that.
I haven't worked out since Sunday. I had a minor medical procedure done last week and my workout on Sunday caused me to have a small complication. My doctor advised me to take a few days off of vigorous activity.
So now I am two days away from my official weekly weigh in and I am 1 1/2 pounds higher than I was last week.
And the temperature here has been between 0 and -10 degrees for two days.
So I'm a little bummed out this week.
Hopefully it turns around by Friday. I'm so ready to be out of the 170s.

i am always amazed at how early in the morning you write blog posts... i seriously can't even begin functioning these days until after 10!

I feel where you are coming from. I stepped on the scale this morning after some awesome workouts this past week and am down 0.2 lbs. Better than a gain, but it was frustrating. This week has sucked the big one from work to my personal life. And it's only Wednesday. I hope things pick up for you by Friday!!
