Just a quick post today.
I weighed in this morning at 171.4, which is just over a 1/2 pound down from last week.
In the last 2 weeks I've lost 2.6 pounds just from eating cleaner. I'm not expecting to lose much more weight just by watching my diet alone since I already eat pretty healthy as it is.
Which means it is finally time to start working out again. I'm really struggling to find the energy to get to the gym or to do a workout video in my home though. I think I might try to wake up a half hour early 2 times a week to do a home workout and then try and workout two more times at the gym throughout the week.
That might be tough though, because I already get up at 5:30am. Getting up any earlier sounds absolutely horrible.
Whatever I decide to do, I need to figure it out quickly! I leave for my Vegas vacation in 5 months and I need to be bikini ready by then!
